Refund & Return Policy

At Bulk Muscle, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring a fair and transparent return process.

1. Order Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are required to inspect their order at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, incorrect items, missing products, or packaging issues must be reported immediately to the delivery representative and to our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return if:

The product received is incorrect.
The product is damaged during shipping.
The product is defective or expired upon delivery.
The order received does not match the confirmed purchase.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

Unopened and unused.
In their original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

Opened supplement products.
Products with broken safety seals after delivery.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence.
Orders reported after the specified claim period.

4. Refund Process

Once a return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Bulk Muscle.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated according to this Return & Refund Policy.
